1 Prepare Your Notice
Your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements to be valid:
Required Information:
- Copyright Owner Identification: Your full legal name (or the name of the entity you represent) and complete contact information, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description or identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- Location of Infringing Content: The specific URL(s) or precise location(s) on Hunar.fun where the allegedly infringing material is located. General descriptions are insufficient; you must provide exact URLs.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice
- Review the claim and the identified content
- Take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the content
- Notify you of the action taken
4. How Takedown Requests Are Handled
Hunar.fun handles DMCA takedown requests as follows:
- All notices are reviewed promptly upon receipt
- We verify that the notice contains all required elements
- If the notice is valid, allegedly infringing content may be removed or disabled without prior notice to the content uploader or creator
- We may notify the party who posted the content about the takedown
- Records of all takedown requests and actions are maintained
Important: Content may be removed expeditiously without prior notice upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
5. Counter-Notification Rights
If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Hunar.fun maintains a policy against repeat infringers. Users or content sources that are subject to multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may be:
- Warned about the repeat violations
- Subject to permanent removal of their content
- Banned from contributing to the website
- Subject to other appropriate measures
7. Good Faith Cooperation
Hunar.fun is committed to good faith cooperation with all copyright owners and rights holders. We believe that most concerns can be resolved through open communication and mutual respect.
Before submitting a formal DMCA notice, we encourage rights holders to:
- Contact us directly to discuss concerns informally

8. False Claims Warning
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
